Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities:
∎ Research and Communications
∎ Research:
∎ Identify relevant organizations and entities to invite to people of relevant (Artist, Activist,
∎ Filmmaker, Painter, Visual Artist) field based on the work they do, and how it relates to our selected
∎ projects.
∎ Communications:
∎ Invite people to the event as audience or panelists - via mail, phone, or personally.
∎ Manage the audience list and ensure all audience members have updated their data
∎ on the event forum (or update it on their behalf, as required)
∎ Attend networking and other events in order to share details about Climate Story Lab-South Asia
∎ and invite appropriate organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and functional knowledge of Bangla
∎ At least 2-4 years of total work experience, including some experience in the social /
∎ private sector
∎ Ideally, 1-2 years' experience with Climate Centric projects.
∎ Evidence of being a doer - high degree of performance and self- accountability
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to pay close attention to the details that make the difference between doing
∎ a good job and doing a great one
∎ Ability to take initiative and do what needs to be done to complete the task at hand
∎ Ability to not just multitask, but even enjoy working on different aspects of the work
∎ IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, virtual communication systems, common
∎ cloud software
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
