Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations
∎ Maintaining vouchers, receipts, bills and payments
∎ Filing records of daily transactions
∎ Maintaining petty cash
∎ Monthly Bank account E-Statement following
∎ Preparing financial proposal with budget breakdown for agency
∎ Estimation of costs in every project
∎ Project Bill papers receiving and filing
∎ Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
∎ Updating accounts receivables and issuing invoices
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports
∎ Filing VAT and TDS returns
∎ Banking
∎ Bookkeeping
∎ Coordination with agency or client and internal team
∎ Updating the internal system with financial data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
∎ Knowledge of any other Accounting Software
∎ Strong Communication Skills
∎ Ability to multi-task and use initiative
∎ Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
