Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·        Maintain the store to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
∎ ·        Ensure a consistent standard of customer service.
∎ ·        Process refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
∎ ·        Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
∎ ·        Manage staff, provide counselling, training, and discipline as necessary with guidance by Human Resource personnel.
∎ ·        Maintain high standards of stock presentation and correct bundle displays on the selling floor.
∎ ·        Arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
∎ ·        Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ ·        Update sales records and bank deposits.
∎ ·        Verify received invoices and process "Transit Accept."
∎ ·        Record data study "Daily Sales vs Receiving."
∎ ·        Maintain and ensure minimum shrinkage levels.
∎ ·        Be responsible for achieving sales targets for the store.
∎ ·        Manage returns of goods to the warehouse or direct suppliers (e.g., damaged goods, expired goods, stock recalls, transfer of goods).
∎ ·        Assist in conducting and coordinating stock check activities.
∎ ·        Monitor and ensure signage and pricing are up-to-date.
∎ ·        Ensure continual replenishment and checking of expiration dates for all products on the sales floor, assigning staff to fill up shelves.
∎ ·        Ensure equipment is in good working condition, producing hygienic, safe, and high-quality.
∎ ·        Assist each other in ensuring smooth store operations.
∎ ·        Complete job tasks assigned by a superior and follow established workplace guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
