∎ We are is seeking an outlet Manager with experience to join our Retail team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to set sales budget and drive for sales achievement for the respective outlet.
∎ Responsible to maintain product receiving, transfer and outlet inventory management.
∎ Ensure all sorts of administrative support (electro-mechanical, general & IT) in coordination with other departments.
∎ Ensure cost efficiency aligning with outlet budget by controlling operational expenditure.
∎ Ensure the best customer experience and handle Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Minimize staff attrition rate by providing proper guidance, motivation, counselling and mentoring.
∎ Responsible for driving big team effectively and develop a highly result-oriented team.
∎ Accountable for inventory management and cleanliness of the respective outlet.
∎ Plan and monitor the deployment of Security Guards and preparing the duty roster accordingly.
∎ Supervise and evaluate outlet management & non-management staffs.
∎ Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation.
∎ Manage day to day Outlet Administration and HR issues.
∎ Keep a record of petty cash and VAT/Tax etc.
∎ Ensure timely deposition of sales proceeds to designated Bank accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge in preparing sales reports, cash management, cash audits.
∎ Liaison with local agencies, landowners and other local groups to ensure smooth outlet operations.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Basic English proficiency preferred.
∎ A mindset to work under pressure and long hour.
∎ Good Analytical and computer skills.
