Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer service through greeting and assisting customers.
∎ Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Take charge of the outlet to meet sales target.
∎ Responsible for all transactions (products, financial and others) of that particular outlet and report to the management subsequently.
∎ Monitor day to day sales collection and deposit to proper account.
∎ Keep records and monitor Customer relationship Manager (CRM)
∎ Maintain relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ To guide, train and monitor the sales executives.
