• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing a retail showroom or outlet (experience in tech or Apple products preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
• Smart, presentable, and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom/Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our Apple product showroom. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on retail management experience, and an excellent understanding of Apple products and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain a premium in-store experience.
• Guide customers with product selection, features, and technical understanding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Showroom/Outlet Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom with high efficiency.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and a clean, organized display of Apple products.
• Oversee inventory control, stock monitoring, and product availability.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Supervise and guide sales executives and support staff.
• Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff maintain professional behavior and follow company policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales, warranty claims, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with the head office regarding supply, promotions, and operational needs.

Customer Relationship & Brand Representation:

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Apple brand standards in service, communication, and showroom presentation.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and timely resolution.

Monthly salary: BDT 25,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience). Annual Festival Bonus. Additional benefits as per company policy.
