Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate or BBA/ MBA in Commerce, Marketing, Finance or Operation Management
∎ Diploma / Certificate course on Retail Sales Management is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target and growth of the respective outlet through team effort being a team player.
∎ Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget for the outlet and initiate corrective actions to control cost, shrinkage and damage to achieve outlet profitability as per budget of the outlet.
∎ Maintain retail and VM standard of the outlet to ensure comfortable shopping environment. Ensure all floor audit checklists, VM checklists, stock registers, staff registers, security registers and cash registers are being maintained timely.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective work force management for the outlet. (i.e staff planning, roaster, leave, absenteeism, motivation, reward and performance evaluation).
∎ Responsible to ensure all customer service parameters are monitored and maintained properly on the floor. (i.e. staff grooming, staff product knowledge, staff interaction with customers, product replenishment on the display, queue management at the trial rooms, queue management at the POS and faster customer check out).
∎ To take prompt actions to resolve customer problems/complaints in coordination with relevant cross functional department.
∎ Responsible to ensure staff development, staff retention and staff training.
∎ Responsible for total inventory management of the respective outlet.
∎ Ensure managing all sort of Maintenance (electro-mechanical, general and IT) works at outlet in coordination with relevant cross functional department.
∎ Maintain good rapport with local administration, landowner / mall authority and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Close supervision with outlet accountant/cashier to monitor all financial transactions of the outlet.
∎ Accountable to make required daily, weekly and monthly report

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-year experience in Retail Management.
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
∎ Administrative knowledge and sales and customer service.
∎ Knowledge about Inventory Management, Project Management and People Management.
∎ Strategy planning.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla language for written and oral communications
∎ Decision making ability and analytical ability
∎ New Initiative for business growth

Salary: Negotiable
