Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the target
∎ Manage cash and inventory (Accuracy target)
∎ Placing demand
∎ Maintain relationship with franchise and/or landlord
∎ Motivation to employee. Target breakdown, orientation and monitoring
∎ Implement company strategy according to instruction.
∎ Timely outlet opening, closing and attendance management
∎ Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and fixtures
∎ Maintain relationship with special customer and meet their demand.
∎ Gather demand from surrounding business and develop additional sales channel
∎ Maintain proper merchandising of the products and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
∎ Any other responsibility assigned as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
