Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing from government recognized institute.
∎ BMDC Registration certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
∎ Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
∎ Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
∎ Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
∎ Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
∎ Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
∎ Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
∎ Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.
∎ Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment, or supplies and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
∎ Provide health care, first aid, immunizations, or assistance in convalescence or rehabilitation
∎ Administer local, inhalation, intravenous, or other anesthetics.
∎ Inform physician of patient's condition during anesthesia.
∎ Hand items to surgeons during operations.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
∎ Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
∎ Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
∎ Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of relevant experience (Patient management and assist in operation Theater is encouraged)
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
