Additional Requirements:

Good communication skill is mandatory.
Candidates must be able to speak smartly, politely, and clearly with customers over phone calls and messages.
No previous experience is required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Basic mobile or computer knowledge will be an advantage.
Male and female both can apply.
This is a full-time office-based job.
Responsibilities & Context:
Confirm customer orders through phone calls and messages
Verify customer name, mobile number, address, and order details
Communicate with customers politely and professionally
Answer basic customer queries about products and orders
Enter confirmed orders into the courier panel
Handle courier panel and update order status
Maintain daily order records properly
Follow team instructions and complete daily tasks on time
Maintain office time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
