Salary: Tk. 100000 - 200000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• SSC
• 8 Pass
• HSC
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Age At most 55 years

-        Operate Rotary Printing and/or Digital Printing machines as per production plan.

-        Set up machines according to design, color, fabric type, and order specification.

-        Ensure correct screen alignment, color registration, and print accuracy.

-        Produce printed fabric as per approved sample and buyer requirement.

-        Monitor print quality continuously and correct any shade variation, misprint, or defects.

-        Maintain required GSM, color depth, and sharpness during production.

-        Prepare, mix, and adjust colors, dyes, inks, and chemicals according to recipe.

-        Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.

-        Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machines.

-        Identify and report machine faults to maintenance/engineering team.

-        Ensure minimum machine downtime.

-        Follow factory safety rules, SOPs, and 5S/housekeeping standards.

-        Use required PPE (gloves, masks, etc.).

-        Ensure safe handling of inks, dyes, and solvents.

-        Work closely with supervisors, helpers, QC, and finishing department.
