Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide day to day support for our cloud based IT product to our clients
∎ To monitor available balance from our partners and take steps to increase balance when required
∎ To monitor our service proactively and raise flag if any issue is found out.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Ability to do multi-task and meet the deadlines.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the superior from time to time.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management

∎ Age 20 to 28 years
