• Plan, direct, and coordinate all Security Service operations, Patrol & Incidents, and day-to-day operations across various client sites.
• Lead, train, and manage a large team of security personnel, ensuring high standards of discipline and performance.
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as safety procedures, defensive strategies, crowd handling, emergency response, or conflict resolution methods for security staff members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), security policies, and procedures for guard deployment, emergency response, and incident reporting.
• Take command during crisis situations, directing response efforts effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities, assess possible security risks, ensure operational readiness, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and performance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to prevent crime and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct background checks on potential employees to reduce the risk of hiring individuals with criminal records.
• Thoroughly survey potential sites for effective security personnel deployment.
• Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied clients into satisfied ones.
• Assist in developing, planning, and recruiting security personnel.
• Motivated for any work assigned by the management for Business Development.
• Willingness to undertake additional duties and special projects as directed by the management.
