Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in call center/BPO operations
Proven experience in launching and managing outbound/inbound campaigns
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with US-based campaigns is highly preferred
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong understanding of CRM tools, dialers, and reporting systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Launch and manage new campaigns (Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Telesales, Customer Support)
Coordinate with international clients (primarily USA-based) for campaign setup and execution
Recruit, train, and supervise team leaders and agents
Develop scripts, call flows, and performance strategies
Monitor daily KPIs (conversion rate, call volume, revenue targets)
Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all campaigns
Optimize campaign performance and troubleshoot operational issues
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
Handle client communication and maintain long-term relationships
