Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in call center/BPO operations

  • Proven experience in launching and managing outbound/inbound campaigns

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience with US-based campaigns is highly preferred

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, dialers, and reporting systems

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Launch and manage new campaigns (Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Telesales, Customer Support)

  • Coordinate with international clients (primarily USA-based) for campaign setup and execution

  • Recruit, train, and supervise team leaders and agents

  • Develop scripts, call flows, and performance strategies

  • Monitor daily KPIs (conversion rate, call volume, revenue targets)

  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all campaigns

  • Optimize campaign performance and troubleshoot operational issues

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management

  • Handle client communication and maintain long-term relationships
