Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence and quick resolution of issues.
∎ Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
∎ Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards.
∎ Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the resort premises.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics and improvements to senior management.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Kazi Resort Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and enhancing service delivery.
