Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee administration, accounting, and operational functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth business operations, financial accuracy, and efficient administrative support while driving process improvements

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure workflow efficiency.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with company Goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements

Accounts & Finance:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations).

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives

Administration:

  • Manage administrative functions, including procurement, office facilities, and vendor management.

  • Oversee  HR-related administrative tasks (Attendance, leave records, onboarding support).

  • Maintain proper Documentation, records, and filing systems.

  • Ensure Compliance with legal, health & safety, and company policies.
