Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of the unit’s operation.
∎ Develop operational risk management policy (from RMD perspective).
∎ Intimation of policy and process development for managing operational risk.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of operational risk related information to regulator, Board and Senior Management.
∎ Develop and adoption of internal model based approach for operational risk
∎ Formulate strategies for minimizing capital requirement against operational risk
∎ Identification and recommending parameter value/MAT against operational risk factor under risk appetite of the Bank
∎ Analysis of significant financial crime risk events
∎ Supporting to Chief Risk Officer, Head of Risk Management Division to maintain relevant operational risk management policies and related standards.
