Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across all client sites
Deploy, monitor, and manage security personnel effectively
Ensure punctuality, discipline, and proper duty placement of security staff
Communicate with clients regularly to maintain service quality and resolve issues
Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance reviews of security personnel
Coordinate with Admin & Accounts departments regarding personnel, duty rosters, attendance, and billing support
Handle emergency situations, replacements, and night inspections when required
Maintain operations reports, duty schedules, and manpower planning
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and service standards
