Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage security personnel in assigned areas
Ensure proper deployment and discipline of guards
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Handle recruitment and deployment of new guards
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports
Maintain liaison with clients and head office
