Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Analysis and Improvement:
∎ Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
∎ Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive process improvement initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
∎ Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
∎ Establish metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure the impact of process improvements.
∎ Regularly monitor KPIs and provide reports to management, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas requiring attention.
∎ Continuous Improvement Culture:
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
∎ Provide training and guidance on process improvement methodologies to employees at all levels.
∎ Encourage employees to identify and contribute improvement ideas.
∎ Support and lead cross-functional improvement teams to implement changes and sustain improvements.
∎ Change Management:
∎ Plan and execute change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
∎ Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, addressing concerns and promoting buy-in.
∎ Monitor and mitigate risks associated with change implementation.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees during the transition period.
∎ Cost Management:
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality standards.
∎ Conduct cost analysis and develop cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Work closely with finance and procurement teams to implement cost optimization strategies.
∎ Monitor and report cost-saving achievements to management.
∎ Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
∎ Ensure that operational improvements align with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
∎ Collaborate with the HSE department to implement best practices and ensure a safe working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives, such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or DMAIC.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and influence change.
∎ Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to heavy industry.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
