Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to guide prospective students through the process of studying overseas. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, personalized counselling, and strong support throughout the student journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad options, including countries, universities, courses, and career pathways

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs based on academic background and goals

• Guide students through application procedures, documentation, and admission processes

• Assist with visa guidance and interview preparation (as per company scope)

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students, parents, and partner institutions

• Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and partner university requirements

• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets

• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline

• Prior experience in study abroad counselling or education consultancy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to counsel students with empathy and professionalism

• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)

• Knowledge of popular study destinations (UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, etc.) is a plus
