Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities:
Guide students through admission, documentation, and visa process
Communicate with universities (mainly in China, also Malaysia)
Track application status and update students regularly
Maintain reports and application databases
Counsel students and guardians and convert leads to enrolments
Additional Duties:
Create/maintain checklists, FAQs, templates
Organize webinars and preparation sessions
Review and update counselling scripts
Conduct file audits and assist in quality control
Support promotional campaigns
Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the management as required
Eligibility Criteria:
2+ years experience in student counselling and visa processing
China experience is mandatory
Organized, efficient, and comfortable with document handling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
