Job Context

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, team coordination, and efficient use of resources across all departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues quickly.

• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

• Manage staff schedules, workflow, and departmental coordination.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.

• Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

• Inspect facilities regularly and ensure proper maintenance.

• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

• Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations.

• Experience in team supervision or department coordination will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.

• Good knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Must know how to ride a bike

• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest-focused environments.
