Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room sales, group bookings, corporate accounts, events, and partnership opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure strong performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event planners, and key partners.

• Identify new business opportunities in the local and international market.

• Manage room sales, event sales, group bookings, and long-term contracts.

• Work closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management.

• Represent the resort at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, resort, or hotel industry.

• Experience in team leadership and client relationship management is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of corporate and leisure sales.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
