Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and Monitoring the regular operations of the company
∎ Developing Annual Business Goals for both PTE and Student Placement Segments
∎ Directing Operational Movement
∎ Leading the Business Development Team in high quality lead generation and speed conversion
∎ Recruiting qualified PTE instructors, Student Recruitment Counsellors and other staffs
∎ Training and on-boarding new employees
∎ Assessing overall company performance against Key Performance Indicators
∎ Implementing and ensuring Continuous Improvement Process
∎ Contributing towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives
∎ Ensuring Academic Counsellors are serving accurate information and high quality service to students
∎ Identifying, negotiating, closing and launching long term partnerships with on-shore and off-shore International Recruitment Agencies and Foreign Universities
∎ Establishing and Maintaining regular Sub-Agent Communication and Relations
∎ Maintaining liaisons with Local and International Partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Education Consultancy
∎ Have depth knowledge about overseas study counselling in Australia, Canada, UK, USA
∎ Strong Leadership skills
∎ Ability to manage workflow and shifting priorities
∎ Strong Business Planning, Development and Operation skills
∎ Broad-minded and Well-mannered
∎ Brief, outcome informed counselling approaches, including strong assessment, intervention and referral skills;
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to search and solve the problem quickly
