For ensuring community development in the area of credit, marketing, sales and farm management are most important; so developing women group, building capacities in the area of credit, marketing, sales and farm management and supervise them we are looking for a smart, energetic, experienced and dedicated candidates who are really experience on micro-credit, SME loan, community marketing and community farming operation. Actually, she or he will have to closely work with program implementation employees. Program management, staff supervision and risk management will be the core activity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investment and collection planning
∎ Assist member selection and group formation
∎ Assist loanee selection
∎ Ensure loan project
∎ Ensure daily target based collection
∎ Sales Agent and farmer Selection
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 or 2 years' experience in staff supervision as Branch Manager
∎ Rapid strategic change management and optimistic in any situation
∎ ICT or Digital planning or reporting skills will be consider as additional qualifications
∎ (Age may loosen up for over qualified candidate)
Salary:
∎ Monthly @BDT 15,839.00 for the probation period of 6 months and after successful completion of probation period it will be @BDT 18,102.00 (Grade-9)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Motorbike allowance @BDT 2500.00
∎ Cell phone allowance @BDT 500.00
∎ 10% incentive following achievement
