- Monitor calls made by Customer Relationship Officers (CROs).
- Follow up on day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Receive and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Provide operational support and ensure smooth workflow.
