Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years working experience with TVAS products and services in any reputed company.
∎ He will lead initiatives to generate and engage with both content providers and mobile operators to build new business for the company.
∎ He should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
∎ Operation Manager will co-ordinate between team managers and CEO and look after day to day operation.
∎ Any technical knowledge about full system life cycle will be an added advantage.
∎ The Operation and Sales Manager will identify, contact and develop relationships with content partners like music labels, sports distribution rights owners, life style content providers, health content developers or copyright owners etc.
∎ This position is responsible for the achievement of revenue targets by expanding these channels and maintaining profit margins, presenting products to guests, and maintaining extensive knowledge of all available and possible eco system partners.
∎ Manage existing relationships with key accounts.
∎ Develop a self-working strategy to achieve the sales targets for the company.
∎ Manage the creation of sales presentations, marketing materials, emails, newsletters and trade shows. Attend trade shows, organize and staff these shows.
∎ Analyze sales reports for key trends and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities.
∎ Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Preparing sales budget and projections based on channel specific (retail/brand, wholesale, institute /Universities) and SKU wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitor’s activities and formulating strategies to respond accordingly. Coordinating with internal, external stakeholder and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of product & services.
∎ DNS Software Ltd is working with all the telecom operators of Bangladesh and 17 other operators globally to provide mobile value added service. We are looking for an experienced Operation and Sales Manager to keep relationship with all stake holders and ensure smooth operation of our business to meet KPI.
