Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and other related software.
∎ Any Certification related to Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall control and supervision of import &export functions of all concerns of the company.
∎ Lead, monitor, coordinate & supervise day to day import & export related activities of Commercial department.
∎ Oversee, Check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods.
∎ Handle all logistics activities related to import & export.
∎ On time LC and TT Opening from Bank.
∎ Sending Original Documents for setting endorsed from Bank and need to send to C&F on same day.
∎ Ensuring correct documentation and report keeping and file keeping related with import& export.
∎ Zero detention and on time cargo clearing from port.
∎ Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.
∎ Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of customs process,documentations and commercial activities.
∎ Will collect quotation, prepare CS and raise PO, check PI, all terms of Incoterm, payment term, description of goods and HS code and will submit for LC/TT opening in right time to bank.
∎ Need to collaborate with Freight Forwarder and C&F and Shipping line for making sure that import goods are cleared from port on time without detention.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods;
∎ Need to close monitoring with ware-house team for inventory management. And ensure plant will not faces shortages of RM.
∎ Liaison Customs and related government and non-government stakeholders/Offices as and when required.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
