Responsibilities & Context:
A leading washing unit is looking for a fresh Graduate Trainee in Textile Engineering to join their R&D team. You will work directly under a Turkish consultant, receiving hands-on training in denim and non-denim washing operations.
Assist in washing development, sample preparation, and shade/quality checks
Support denim and non-denim washing processes
Collaborate closely with production, lab, and QA teams
Maintain compliance and proper documentation
