∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring product road map on time
∎ Responsible for keeping effective business communication and relationship with the suppliers
∎ Responsible for preparing Import and Production plan in advance, based on product road map so that inventory level should be at optimum level
∎ Responsible for preparing Product wise strategic plan for business development
∎ Responsible for planning Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions
∎ Responsible for Identifying USPs of products and prepare Sales talk based on that for better sales opportunity
∎ Responsible for gathering Market Intelligence, i.e Competitor analysis (price, feature etc.) on regular basis
∎ Responsible for introducing new or alternate products or services by identifying market opportunities through assessing market demand and customer behavior
∎ Responsible for monitor, analyze and follow up Product & Showroom wise sales and stock
∎ Responsible for identifying and monitoring slow moving, discontinued and fast moving products
∎ Responsible for continuously review and assess market potentials and opportunities
∎ Responsible for any job assigned by Top Team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience, preferably from Consumer Electronics Industry
∎ Skilled in Business Development
∎ Enthusiastic team member whose participation brings out the best in others
∎ Skilled in working under pressure
∎ Skilled in working with multicultural teams
∎ Self starter
∎ Quick learner
∎ Skilled in time managing capability
∎ Excellent skill in computer operating skills (MS office suite - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint etc. and Web browser - Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome etc.)
∎ Skilled in maintaining good professional relationship with internal and external customers
