5-8 years experience in Feed Mill Store Operation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Receive raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, and consumables as per purchase documents.
Verify quantity, quality, batch number, and expiry date during receipt.
Ensure FIFO / FEFO system is strictly followed.
Maintain proper bin cards, stock registers, and location-wise stacking.
Ensure correct segregation of raw materials, chemicals, additives, and finished goods.
Maintain daily stock balance of all items.
Conduct monthly / quarterly physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock.
Report shortage, excess, damage, pilferage, or expiry immediately to superior.
Monitor minimum stock level, reorder level, and safety stock.
Issue materials against approved requisitions only.
Ensure correct weighment and documentation during material issue.
Coordinate with Production for daily consumption planning.
Support dispatch of finished feed with delivery challan and gate pass.
Prepare and maintain:
GRN (Goods Received Note)
Stock Ledger
Update all transactions in ERP / Inventory Software / Excel accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with:
Feed Safety & Quality Standards
ISO 22000 requirements
Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and fire safety inside store area.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock reports.
Assist Store In-Charge during audit, inspection, and management review.
