Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 32 years
Understand pattern construction and garment fitting to assess samples during fit sessions.
Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern terminology (pattern-making ability is an advantage but not mandatory).
Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with garment CAD systems.
Has practical experience operating sewing machines.
Responsibilities & Context:
This position will be responsible to oversee the sample development process, ensuring technical requirements are accurately implemented and samples meet company standards for fit, construction, and quality, while managing standardization activities and related documentation.
Review and interpret technical files to support accurate sample development.
Implement design or technical changes in the sample room with practical guidance.
Coordinate and track mock-ups, sample folders, and related documentation for standardization.
Liaise with design, technical, and production teams to ensure timely sample completion.
Provide fitting feedback and help resolve technical issues during sample reviews.
Maintain organized records of all sample activities, mock-ups, and standard files.
Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality in the sample room.
