∎ Skills Required: Analitical Skill, Communication, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Proactive and Positive attitude
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Chemical Management, Chemical store, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily chemical requisition according to production demand.
∎ Following the company quality policy of chemicals regarding issues & receive
∎ Having a specific idea of chemicals stock (running & non-moving)
∎ To keep & maintain MSDS/SDS of chemicals/dyes/pigments
∎ To check & ensure proper labeling on chemicals drum for MFG, EXP, and batch numbers.
∎ Verify & ensure the physical status of chemicals
∎ Preparing & ensuring actual monthly stock summary reports & their submission to related departments.
∎ We are ensuring the actual quantity of chemicals with requisition/SR while receiving.
∎ Batch wise chemical receive issue & its record keeping
∎ Having specific ideas on design, pp, color & buyer name.
∎ Design-wise chemical costing analysis & its report submission to costing dept.
∎ Accurate calculation of chemicals costing per meter of fabric
∎ Reducing chemical wastage & its record keeping according to value
∎ Setting proper working plan for each employee according to their section.
∎ Having a specific idea about buyer requirements (Specially for traceability audit)
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the compliance, hygiene, housekeeping & cleanliness issues of sub stores
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the legal requirements of chemicals according to CMS
∎ Assisting with buyers while necessary
∎ Day-to-day updating of the record keeping & documentation of chemicals.
∎ Effective communication with related concerns (Production, Costing, Admin, Accounts, Compliance)
∎ Having effective negotiation ability with related concerns
∎ Ready to take on new challenges according to policy
∎ Proper office management & administration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
