Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing the daily work schedule of Cement sales team & monitoring their activities as per schedule in order to maintain the smooth sales operation
∎ Check daily attendance & retail shop visit of sales team based on assigned zone of cement and submit report accordingly
∎ Conduct regular market research on dealer price, retail price, market share, retail coverage, & market campaign and prepare report with PowerPoint presentation
∎ Develop & maintain strong relationship with stakeholders & key partners (Distributor, Dealer & Retailer)
∎ Analysis on existing & potential competitors by identifying market trends & market offerings regularly
∎ Assist in formulating and executing trade offers to contribute in sales growth as per business strategy
∎ Prepare nationwide reports on comparative monthly sales & market coverage area of employees.
∎ Assist in solving the problems of sales force (if any) related to apps operation so that smooth sales operation is ensured throughout Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Practical experience in Advance Excel, Power Point, SQL & BI
