Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day end-user support.
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, headphones, and other IT appliances.
∎ Good knowledge on hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Must have able to handle Thermal printer & Barcode Scanner.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office 2016 & 2019 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
∎ Good knowledge on IP Addressing and Sub-netting.
∎ Clear concept on networking (LAN and WAN).
∎ Must have able to handle Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 or 2019.
∎ Clear concept on DNS, DHCP, WDS and File Server in server.
∎ Ability to handle Polycom video conferencing devices.
∎ Good knowledge on Network diagram.
∎ Good knowledge on IT technical documentation and Inventory etc.
∎ Ability to handle Tally ERP installation & Configuration.
