Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, and attendance management.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of Factory/Floor compliance and procedure to support and companies' business objectives in accordance with a legal perspective.
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of Compliance issues.
∎ Take care of all kinds of audits & buyer's visits by leading the same.
∎ Discuss with the compliance team the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issues then communicate with top management for smooth rectification.
∎ Address employee-related issues, especially Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per law.
∎ Develop and maintain performance management processes.
∎ Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
∎ To monitor factory/floor housekeeping.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.

∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): 100% export-oriented compliance Garments/Knit Composite Industry.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and email communication.
