Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
∎ Managing, evaluating and reporting on Shift productivity.
∎ Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
∎ Ensure that daily order processing & Return Processing goals are met.
∎ Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
∎ Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
∎ Train and integrate new workers.
∎ Improve work process through special data studies.
∎ Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) meetings for ideas to improve the business
∎ Manage re-location of warehouses.
∎ Review data and information on how to use technology effectively for work.
∎ Study and review new technology and tools which can support the business .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic excel efficiency is a must.
∎ Having a mind setup of doing night shift duty.
