∎ Interpersonal/Managerial: Working in a multiple internal and external stakeholder work environment through collaboration and problem solving skills
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate new campaign ideas for telecom payments use case, prepare KPI wise campaign plan (quarterly), prepare concept note, prepare business case, analyze pricing & performance & ensure to reach campaign goal.
∎ Prepare quarterly and monthly campaign plan
∎ Prepare business case and feasibility study of the campaign concepts including joint campaigns with MNO partners and segmented customer campaigns
∎ Coordinate with marketing to prepare communicate plan and execute the GTM plan on time
∎ Analyze market, economic, technological trends to understand their probable impact on overall industry dynamics & company operations
∎ Prepare and present report on competitors’ activities and industry dynamics to help management decide on proactive business strategy.
∎ Prepare commercial KPI reports to track performance on a regular basis and update management on progress. It included reporting key product and campaign performance, repeat purchase trend, customer base and business growth trend and organization performances in different customer segments.
