• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Age At least 25 years

• Good technical & constructions knowledge about the Blazers / Jackets / Trousers / Dresses / Rompers / Vest coats & Suits products
• Ability work as positive team member with good communication skill

• Everyday Line Target or forecast set up

• According to target balance the line & section (Cutting, sewing & finishing)

• Implement IE practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and elimination of works

• Prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.

• Good knowledge about production efficiency report, production planning and lean manufacturing

• Co-ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production

• Capacity study, production study, cycle time check

• Give quick problem-solving decision

• Method improvement & motion study for SMV saving

• SMV & Bulletin make (cutting & finishing)

• Make daily efficiency report.

• Proper utilization of MP by reducing unnecessary process

• Find bottleneck process & solve.
