Everyday Line Target or forecast set up
According to target balance the line & section (Cutting, sewing & finishing)
Implement IE practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and elimination of works
Prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
Good knowledge about production efficiency report, production planning and lean manufacturing
Co-ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production
Capacity study, production study, cycle time check
Give quick problem-solving decision
Method improvement & motion study for SMV saving
SMV & Bulletin make (cutting & finishing)
Make daily efficiency report.
Proper utilization of MP by reducing unnecessary process
Find bottleneck process & solve.
