Responsibilities & Context:
∎ On time booking submission and collect approval from buyer/ forwarder.
∎ On time AIO fty invoice create and prepare customs documents for EXP certification and CM invoice send to sales team.
∎ On time buyer documents sent to Honk Kong for Bank Endorsement.
∎ Closely follow up with forwarder & C&F agents for hand over cargo to Forwarder's CFS as per requirement for cargo Stuffing to container/cargo Stuffing to container.
∎ On time UD Submission / NOC Collect.
∎ On time Documents Making/Bank Docs/NOC/ Collect.
∎ On time Handover to CNF/Correct Docs/Ontime materials delivery from port.
