∎ Good technical & constructions knowledge about the Blazers / Jackets / Trousers / Dresses / Rompers / Vest coats & Suits products
∎ Ability work as positive team member with good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring accurate & optimum SMV for order placing/capacity planning, while ensuring the cost reduction options to enhanced the profitability
∎ Should be able to provide operations break down even by referring a picture without tech pack construction details
∎ Ensure achieving optimum productivity through maintaining plan efficiency level by using all IE tools
∎ To evaluate new technologies and automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes and cost deduction
∎ Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization
∎ Provide advice to factories to Improve productivity by efficiently using available resources
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management
