• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration

• Strong observation and analytical skills.

• Quick decision-making and incident escalation ability.

• Technical knowledge of CCTV hardware/software.

• Good communication skills (Bangla & English).Integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

Surveillance & Monitoring

• Monitor live CCTV feeds covering entrances, production floors, warehouses, bonded areas, canteens, and sensitive zones.

• Detect and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, safety hazards, or policy violations.

• Ensure round-the-clock surveillance through effective shift scheduling.

System Operation & Maintenance

• Oversee the smooth functioning of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring stations.

• Conduct routine checks and coordinate with IT/vendors for repairs, upgrades, or replacements.

• Keep an updated log of equipment, placement, and system status.

Incident Reporting & Investigation

• Retrieve, preserve, and analyze footage for any reported incidents.

• Provide video evidence for compliance, audits, or law enforcement authorities.

• Support management in internal investigations with accurate data.

Security & Access Control

• Collaborate with security guards to validate on-ground incidents detected via CCTV.

• Monitor restricted areas, employee movement, and vehicle entry/exit to ensure compliance.

• Assist in enforcing access control and anti-pilferage measures.

Safety & Compliance Monitoring

• Observe compliance with fire safety protocols, PPE usage, and machine operation safety.

• Monitor evacuation drills and emergency situations to ensure timely response.

• Report safety risks to the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily monitoring logs, incident reports, and monthly summaries.

• Recommend system improvements such as additional cameras or repositioning.

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and follow retention policies.

Supervision & Training (for Assistant Manager level)

• Supervise and guide CCTV operators in effective surveillance practices.

• Allocate shifts and monitor operator performance.

• Conduct training sessions on system usage, incident reporting, and confidentiality.
