∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters in any discipline

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • To ensure that incoming materials arrive at the factory warehouse from the correct source.
∎ • To receive incoming materials and check identity, any damage, labeling, cleanliness, and quantity.
∎ • To ensure timely notification to the respective authority and maintain procedures if any discrepancies are found during the receipt of incoming materials.
∎ • To monitor that the received materials are stored properly with appropriate status labels.
∎ • To ensure materials are stored under specified conditions.
∎ • To check and ensure that the correct raw materials are issued from the warehouse for dispensing.
∎ • To maintain FIFO / FEFO / LIFO methods to ensure compliance with procedures.
∎ • To ensure "under issue" labels are used for all materials during issuance to production.
∎ • To check the physical inventory of the respective items with the help of concerned workforce.
∎ • To ensure proper monitoring of housekeeping activities to keep the warehouse clean as per required standards.
∎ • To ensure proper monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in specified storage areas and report to the respective authority if any discrepancies are observed.
