Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Computer literacy, Excellent communication skill, Microsoft Office Applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CA CC, Corporate Affairs, Fair knowledge of TAX, Income Tax and VAT, Income Tax Practitioner (ITP)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine and maintain financial records with necessary documentation as required by income tax law and VAT.
∎ Monitor all TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer within stipulated time.
∎ Maintain relevant general ledger in accounting system.
∎ To maintain all VAT related register as per VAT & SD Act 2012 and Rule 2016.
∎ Submit Income Tax and VAT return in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction.
∎ Prepare and submit relevant return under u/s 75A, 108 and 108A.
∎ Ensure timely payment of the advances taxes with necessary supporting documents.
∎ Prepare Mushak 4.3 and submit the same to VAT Divisional Office.
∎ Review inventory management and guide to ensure VAT compliance of factory and depot.
∎ Maintain liaison Govt. authorities, external auditor and consultant and provide explanation and documents against their queries.
∎ To assist for preparing half yearly and annual tax reports.
∎ To assist in making the accounts of the company for audit.
∎ To prepare monthly VAT return.
∎ To prepare VAT Challan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on TAX and VAT regulations and laws
∎ Skilled in MS Office, Tally Software.
∎ Must be self driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Clear understanding of Accounting Principles.
∎ Good command at both English & Bengali.
