Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Fisheries or any related subject from any reputed Agricultural College/University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for technical support, sales, distributions, Collections and Promotional activities as per company policy
∎ Develop relationship with Aquaculture Farmers, Prescribers, Traders, Govt. Fisheries Officers and all related aquaculture technical professionals.
∎ Identify new farmers and assess capacity of farmers
∎ Frequent visit to the aquaculture farmers field and report to the head office
∎ Arranging meetings with potential customers, Aquaculture farmers, and prescribers for promoting and sharing product information.
∎ Setting the target and manage dealers to achieve sales target.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in related areas
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Sales & Marketing
∎ Primary Knowledge on Computer Literacy (Microsoft office software packages)
∎ Applicant must have Own Motorcycle with driving license
∎ Willing to visit aqua farm, Fish Hatchery, Shrimp Hatchery and aqua consultant on regular basis
∎ Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali
∎ Willing to travel extensively and work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Interested in Sales and Marketing career

Salary:
∎ Negotiable, Depends on the Educational qualifications and Experiences.

∎ TA/DA
∎ Sales Incentive on Collection basis as per company policy
∎ Sales incentive on achieving particular target
∎ Performance Bonus
∎ Festival Bonus
