Overall Store management, Store and Warehouse Management, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the receiving materials at the site
∎ Maintain General Ledger and Store Ledger
∎ To ensure the posting in related Ledger / Register of records.
∎ Check issued materials with consumption reports.
∎ Able to prepare and send the monthly reports: Value of Closing Inventory.
∎ Check physically stock of Store with a record [Ledger/Register].
∎ Able to ensure safe & secured store as well as Project.
∎ Send the "Daily Major Materials Stock Status" early in the morning.
∎ Dispatch the documents [MRR, GRN, SR, Challan) to Head Office regularly.
∎ Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
∎ Overall Inventory Management.
∎ Especially Skill in ERP Software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in store/ inventory management.
