Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Drive field force for daily/weekly/monthly target achievement
- Drive sales management team for ensuring weekly collection target.
- Collect weekly sales & collection plan from sales team individuals and drive to achieve.
- Collect & maintain information of primary, secondary & collection.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
- Prepare various office note like salaries, incentives as per direction of management to control sales team.
- Setting monthly/Weekly/Yearly target (Value/SKU).
