Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Restaurant, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Animal/Plant Breeding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & maintain T&A sheet for each day activities.
∎ Ensure Product procurement timely from production & Outsource.
∎ Ensure Delivery / Distribution timely as per demand by the S&M Department.
∎ Ensure quantity as ordered by the S & m Department.
∎ Ensure utilization of worker efficiency at maximum level.
∎ Ensure Logistic support timely as when and where needed.
∎ Maintain the register (Primary product Procurement Register, daily actives Register,Processing Loss Register, Finished Goods Register & Daily Distribution Register )
∎ Develop & submit Daily report to immediate supervisor following the supplied report format by 5.00 pm.
∎ Identify the lacking of process & adherence with the development of process efficiency.
∎ Prepare and establish Store Policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory ERP Software.
∎ Distribute store materials to Foods Units as per requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regular.
