Experience:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal health or agricultural sectors.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.
Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans accordingly.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently in remote and rural areas.Basic understanding of vaccine cold chain management and biosecurity.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Business Development:
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Present and promote poultry vaccine products to potential clients, effectively communicating their benefits and applications.
Negotiate sales contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3.Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market insights to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
4.Product Knowledge and Training:
Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the poultry vaccine products offered, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
Educate clients on product applications and best practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
5.Collaboration and Reporting:
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
